Contract Period:

6 months

Responsibilities:

a. Providing coordination in support of a group of in-house recruiters;

b. Updating and maintaining required candidate and applicant tracking administration;

c. Prepares and distributes standard and ad hoc reports within specified guidelines;

d. Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers;

e. Produce employment contracts and manage accurately return of offer documentation creating employee files and maintaining employee checklists with 100% accuracy;

f. Support recruiters in CV Screening and interview arrangement of candidate applications against open positions as required supporting the recruiters. Ideally some phone screening of candidates.

Requirement:

a. 1-2 years relevant experience prefer in an in-house HR experience, recruiting related is preferred;

b. Detail-oriented and systematic in nature;

c. Approachable and with can-do attitude;

d. Good project coordination skill;

e. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment;

f. Good communication skills with Internal and External customers;

g. Good MS Office Applications;

h. Knowledge of internet sourcing sites and techniques preferred.
