Key Responsibilities:

1.Shop floor control 生产控制:

• Prepares batches according to shop floor paper instructions.根据配方，配制乳化液。
• Upon completion of batches, ensures timely confirmation of materials to maintain inventory accuracy in SAP. 根据批次的完成时间，准确地原料的扣数以保证系统中的盘点准确性。
• Operates and cleans spray drying machines for optimum throughput and product quality.准确地操作及清洗喷雾干燥系统，以确保最优的成品产出和产品质量。
• Operates various types of equipment as required (pumps, mixers ,fillers, packer and drum machine etc.).能准确使用各种泵，搅拌器，充填包装机,桶提升器等设备。
• Operates the CIP process based on the CIP mode.按照CIP的模式运行CIP清洁流程。

2.GMP, HACCP and Quality GMP、HACCP和质量:

• Keep close communication with QC, QA and process/production engineer and follow the requirement of GMP, HACCP and Quality Control strictly with correct record in the daily flavor production operation and the cleaning of equipment, utensil and working environment etc. and make good housekeeping.与QC、QA和工艺/生产工程师紧密联系，日常香精生产，设备、用具和环境的清洗消毒必须严格按GMP、HACCP、工艺和质量要求严格的进行，并有完整的生产记录。做好日常车间维护。

3.GRA 职业安全:

• Finish all process with safety manner and follow the safety procedure exactly. 所有的工作必须以安全的方式完成，并严格按照职业安全的工作程序执行。
• Present or conduct OH&S audits, meeting and conversation to improve the GRA system. 指导并参与与职业安全有关的审核、会议和谈话，以持续改进职业安全系统。

4.Productivity 生产力:

• Coordinating with engineering department to ensure appropriate maintain and update of equipment and environment, and keep continuing training and improvement of production practice for production employees. 与工程部合作，确保生产设备和环境恰当地维护和更新。参与生产操作规范有关的培训和改进。
• Individual must be able to work unsupervised and handle unexpected situations. Supporting new product research with processing engineer. 能独立工作及处理异常情况。协助工艺工程师进行新产品的研发。

5.Team work and Communication 团队和沟通:

• Keep close communication and team sprit with all department and all flavor production employees to smooth the production operation. Must willing to obey and work with production schedule. Showing sense of responsibility. 和所有的部门和生产雇员紧密沟通及保持团队合作，以使生产运作顺畅。服从工作安排。有足够的责任心。

Requirements:

1. Degree of Vocational school or above is better;

2. 3+ years working experience in manufacturing environment;

3. Spray Dry operating experience is necessary.

4. Good skill of SAP: Shop Floor Control, Inventory Control;

5. Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Quality;

6. Good skill of MS office(Excel, word);

7. Good safety management and OH&S knowledge;

8. Verbal communication skill and fluent English command is preferred
