任职条件：

1、本科以上学历，会计专业；

2、5年以上财务工作经验，有办公室管理经验者优先考虑；

3、有会计从业资格证书，熟悉新会计准则；

4、工作认真细致、勤恳敬业，责任心强、品德端正、严谨踏实，具备优良的职业道德素养和良好的团队合作精神；

5、具备较强的沟通协调、语言表达能力，文字撰写能力和数据分析能力；

6、熟练运用办公软件，精通EXCEL;有一定的英语基础；

岗位职责：

1、 根据分公司的情况编制、监督各项公司的制度，并有效执行，

2、 财务报表的编制及申报，提供准确、可靠、及时的各项财务数据；

3、 按照公司规定执行成本控制、费用控制、资金控制、预算控制等财务管理细则；

4、 建立并登记成本费用台账，监督、控制分公司的各项成本费用支出；

5、 负责分公司证照的年审；协助分公司经理LEAN的推进等；

6、 完成分公司行政人事相关事务的工作（人事招聘、人员管理、绩效考核、员工关系、办公室行政管理）；
