Job Description:
This role has the responsibility to oversee and manage social media from a planning, implementation and analysis perspective. It needs to cooperate with internal marketing team to plan & deliver social media campaigns, drive social platform performance, and identify the new opportunity in social environment.
This duty includes
? He or she is responsible to plan and execute social media campaigns, and drive strong campaign engagement performance.
? He or she manages the HP social platform performance at a daily basis, to drive for fan base increase & interaction with consumer.
? He or she needs to manage community activities and social media content creation, execution and measurement.
? He or she is also responsible to oversee online voice monitoring and deliver regular social media analytics.
? He or she needs to liaise with WW digital & social team on social media strategy and adapt from global contents.
? He or she needs to have solid understanding of how to drive consumer and business engagement within online social networks and the tools needed to do so.

? Solid social media knowledge and shows a strong interest in web technology and digital marketing space
? Strong Execution ability
? Good team work spirits and has team management skill
Qualification:
Education and Experience Required:
? Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
? 4+ years of experience in direct marketing, communications or marketing
Knowledge and Skills Required:
? Advanced writing and editing skills very minimal peer or manager edits needed
? Strong organization and program management skills
? Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results
? Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal
? Fluency in local language and English
? High levels of tact and diplomacy
? Agency and budget management
