Job Description
1. Pursuing and achieve industry leading PC quality and serviceability with the continuous studying of product failure, prompt response to product issue, and getting support from WW product design team and manufacture with solid investigation result and proposal.
2. Improve the effectiveness of repair diagnostic tools and process; improve repair efficiency with the refine and implementation of repair technical standard.
3. Support the launch of new product or new product line, manage the repair parts readiness, deliver new product technology training to each of service delivery arm, including call center and repair centers.
4. Investigate the usage habits and environment of China customer, and escalate to WW product design team to customize product fit for China, thus avoid high product failure and support request.
5. Work together with hardware manufactures to response quickly to product quality issue, provide solution to customer's technical problems, and enhance the technical capability of repair engineers.
6. Track the countrywide product quality performance for each product series with timely and comprehensive report and analysis, and alert the cost impact for significant change.
7. Implement WW/AP projects & programs with quality and timeline met;
8. Guide team members to improve technical know-how in PC support technology, effectiveness and performance;
9. Lead and foster team members to grow up and be satisfied with job.
