Role Summary/Purpose
This position is responsible for handling material management operation to ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials supporting mass production and NPI. Work cross functionally to expedite the oversea material custom clearance. The Materials Specialist will interface with all levels of workforce and management to achieve successful implementation of both part phase ins and full new product introductions

Essential Responsibilities
Material Handling o Release daily orders in system and follow-up PO acknowledge and execution to ensure smooth order to delivery process o Create and provide status report and other KPI relevant reports o Interface directly with the Customs Broker to resolve issues with entries or provide additional information as required EPDM - Own the ECR/ECO review o New part set up, cost, BOM set up, and cost requests o New routing set up, change, and set up for WIP jobs ERP Oracle promotion 1 Oracle set up for NPI and new operation 2 Support in Oracle INV/PO/Planning Module I-test validation 3 ERP training material set up and maintenance

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelors degree or HS diploma and 2 or 3 years’ experience in materials or production scheduling2. Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements to meet all timelines3. Computer proficiency4. Excellent Interpersonal Skills5. Basic English skills in writing and reading
