Role Summary/Purpose

Reporting to COE leader, the IM Business Analyst will be responsible for Oracle solutions for all business processes around commercial operation and distribution modules including Order Management, Quote, Inventory and Purchasing etc. The candidate will establish operating rhythm with Global Business Process Leaders/Program Managers/Project Managers to collaborate on projects /opportunities for simplification/standardization.


Essential Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle SOLUTION LEADERSHIP for MULITPLE PROJECTS working with PROGRAM MANAGERS in developing and driving Integrated Business Solutions in Oracle Functional Knowledge areas of Finance including Account Payable, Account Receivable,Costing, Fix Assets and General Ledger. • Own complete FINANCE SOLUTIONS WING-TO-WING; prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, documentation and post go-live support including interfaces & cross module integration. • Collaborate with BUSINESS PROCESS LEADS & maintain BUSINESS PROCESS DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE. • Drive ORACLE SOLUTIONS COE STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGEBASE & BEST PRACTICES • PROACTIVELY WORK with PROJECT MANAGERS, SERVICE PROVIDER PROJECT TEAMS and ORACLE to resolve technical issues; champion closure on business & technical issues related to process, business rules and technology configuration. • Actively ENGAGE ASSIGNED BUSINESS PROCESS LEADS & SUPPORT TEAM to identify optimization opportunity and IMPROVE BUSINESS ORACLE SATISFACTION [VOC] • Take complete accountability of QUALITY of solution delivered by project and support team. Ensure BEST, EFFICIENT & MAINTAINABLE Solution; in each ORACLE Functional Domain is implemented which is aligned with a Cross-Functional Integrated END-TO-END BUSINESS PROCESS; including integrations with extended business systems • Continuously MONITOR ORACLE SOLUTIONS and BUSINESS TREND; identify business drivers and work closely with PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & ARCHITECT to incorporate relevant technology trends within the business. Explore business and technology alternative approaches, prepare functional and cross-functional design documents and help derive business benefit analysis explaining the Business, Technical Architecture & relevant stakeholders to sponsors • Mentor and develop other team members. Effectively communicate & work across MATRIX organization • Work closely with CIO PROGRAM MANAGEMENT TEAM, BUSINESS PROCESS LEADS & ORACLE to Define BUSINESS PROGRAM AND ALIGN ORACLE STRATEGY/ROADMAP to ACHIEVE BUSINESS GOALS • Collaborate across BUSINESS & CORPORATE COE

Desired Characteristics

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt experience• Working experience on Agile methodology• Experience with data conversions,R12 upgrade, PL/SQL and some understanding of accounting and Oracle Financials will be a plus• Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills • Quality and cost driven• Experience managing multiple initiatives• Strategic thinker
