JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:


To overall provide the leadership of the service and filed operation team only focus on WM market segment, to support WM sales function on aftersales market, to ensure the WM service organization is structured and process is defined on requirement of the strategic plan.


-To support sales function on aftersales market, manage well on installation guide, commissioning, and site problem-solving.


-Be capable of people management and setup individual KPI for team member


-Ability to provide appropriate guidance, coaching and training to the team member, and look for continuous improvement in operation processes


-Development of customer-specific service solutions on site problem-solving


-Establishes and maintains favorable work relationships with WWTP customer


-Promote and sell customer maintenance support contracts and provide effective system support proposals to customers to generate WM service sales turnover


-To have communication ability to work with internal interfaces(quality/engineering), to analyze the product/application issue and lead a closure.


-To be good English communication ability to setup a bridge between Group and local to ensure we get fully support from Group and improve our service engineers competency.


-Establishes and develop specialized service center for WM service requirement


-To have ability to motivate subordinates and develop personnel career.


JOB PROFILE


Education and Training
- Minimum Bachelor Degree holder, major in of waste water/clean water treatment is an advantage

- Good command in oral and written Chinese and English

Experiences
- At least 3 years service business management

- Experience in waste/clean water treatment will be a plus

- Pump and pump system experience will be preferred.
