Education / Experience
University graduate or above, 7 years relevant working experience or above in Multi-regional companies, 3 years management experience, preferably with pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience in drugstore and modern trade channels.
Special Knowledge
Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, good drugstore and modern trade management knowledge and marketing knowledge Skill
Mainly Job responsibility
Good interpersonal and self-motivation skills, good analytical power and project management skill, good problem solving skills, good leadership skills as well as management and presentation skills, good computer skill
Formulate regional customer marketing strategies
Lead and supervise smooth implementation of Drugstore and Modern Trade activities in corresponding region
Allocation of resources on drugstore and modern trade among different provinces and establish regional drugstore and modern trade database
POSMs and promotional materials management
Collect activities feedback and competitor information
Manage the team
Control budget
