Job title: Service Segment Mgr III
Job description:
As repair operation & alliance manager in PPS CSS Field-Ops team, the position is responsible for:
1. Manage repair service partners to deliver excellent service result in terms of SLA and customer satisfaction.
2. Work in PPS CSS Field-Ops team to build industry leading service standards and processes, fulfill service quality improvement projects accordingly.
3. Work with repair service partners to develop service coverage in the assigned regions.
4. Work with repair service partners to improve efficiency and effectiveness continuously to achieve cost optimization and cost saving.
5. Build strategic partnership & partners' capability to ensure HP's requirements are accomplished with strong execution capability. Provide consultant to service partners in operation and management areas.
6. Audit service partners to ensure service centers' management and operation is compliant with HP's standards.
7. Support regional sales colleagues and local marketing people, as well as major account customers to solve service related issues/escalations on the spot.
8. Research and benchmark service competition situation in the assigned regions regularly and figure out improvement proposals for HP's service offering / delivery improvement and optimization.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or master degree majored in computer science or business administration, etc.
2. More than 3 years of working experience in product service operation or management area, sound knowledge about service process and operation details with strong business understanding.
3. Strong understanding to consumer needs and customer service. Good at quality improvement methodologies.
4. Good communication skill, partner management experience is preferred.
5. Good project management experience and skill.
6. Hard working with teamwork spirit and can-do attitude 7. Be willing to travel around frequently.
8. Good verbal and written English
