PRIME FUNCTION OF ROLE Summarizes why this job exists and the contribution it makes to the overall business of the company.
Play a key role on the company color expert image building up and promotion in the market. Support cluster color market development and manage relevant color service delivery and color specialists team As a contact point, External: to communicate with dealer/decoration companies/Project customer etc. for products colour concept education and promotion via active networking and training to designers/architects and relevant associates. Internal: to communicate with ATL/Sales/Channel management and other department for optimize colour service and cluster color market initiatives; Build up a colour culture in company to push colour taking a more important role on the sales. Provide sophisticated training to dealer & colour specialist to enable them to sell colour professionally, in a simple & consistent way. Lead regional colour specialist team on new initiatives to build added value for colour service team, like in home colour service, e-marketing program etc.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Describe the major responsibilities and authorities of the job, emphasizing the end results, which must be achieved. Regional Color service team developing and management to ensure the color specialist’s ownership and deliver the qualified color service and color training in field. Take leadership on the color service SOP and build up color expert image in local market; Develop and create new color market initiatives to drive regional color KPI and link with company vision and sales driven; Support ATL color marketing team and region sales team to developing concept in the aspect of color consultancy service. Research and analysis the color service demanding, behavior, frequency/trend at the store level. Develop color training system with focus on color theory, color needs, color promotion, color selling, color trend etc. Plan and deliver the training to color specialist, decoration companies, Modern trade, control stores and sales/channel team for their color knowledge enhancement. Take a lead on the color promotion and application to build up products color expert image in this industry Support trade marketing development (example: micro-marketing program, store design, color material devises etc. ) Work closely with different functional teams, such as channel management, sales and technical, for products colors development and promotion in the market.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Describe the level of education, professional qualification, training and experience which are the minimum requirement for effective performance in this job
College graduate from arts or design Department. At least 5 years working experience in similar functions , like retail industry, trade marketing is preferred Creativity, good analytical mind, well-organized and self-motivated Takes ownership and good team player, have team management experience is preferred. Good communication and presentation skill.

This position needs to actively seek help from outside or his/her own network to get the job done. Must be a self-starter, a quick learner. Know about colour theory and with sense of arts, and understand how to delivery this knowledge to her/his targeted customers, such as designers and in-store colour specialist. Be active, and independent to work with different departments.
