Job Responsibilities:
1. Work as one of sales/marketing force in regional office and provide marketing support to sales team and distributor to ensure to achieved regional business target.
2. Implement Motul China market strategy and monitor and evaluate marketing programs and performance.
3. Design local marketing program and promotion tools
4. Set up local marketing info data base
5. Organize and participate (through distributor) local /regional exhibition to promote Motul brand
6. Build up rapport with local media / racing society
7. Work as part of sales force in assigned territory
8. Be responsible for any task assigned by supervisor
Requirements
1. Mature and independent
2. University degree, with sales and marketing experience.
3. Good at English and presentation
4. Strong at negotiation communication and negotiation skill
5. Team spirits and work under pressure
6. Can do attitude and hand on are must
