Recruitment Consultant(销售顾问)

JOB PURPOSE & MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

1.Implement sales plan, complete sales tasks, and meet the annual sales target

实施销售计划,完成自身的销售任务,并完成全年的销售目标

2.Under the guidance of senior consultants, contact potential customers for business development and to offer consulting services

在资深顾问指导下联系潜在客户推荐公司的咨询服务,进行有效的市场开拓工作,完成任务目标主动。

3.Search and development of potential candidates, target recommendations to their employment demands

搜索及开发潜在候选人,了解客户潜在人才需求,并有针对性地进行推荐。

4.Understand the company business model and processes through professional training and apply these concepts in sales work

通过前期公司系统专业培训,了解公司业务模块与专业知识 并运用到销售工作中

5.Pay close attention to different market trends and the actions of well-known multinational enterprises, establish an extensive contact network within both to collect relevant information

关注行业及知名企业发展动向,建立广泛的人脉关系搜集深入的行业信息。

6.Keep timely and accurate communication with clients and candidates, facilitate the effective transfer of information between these parties

与客户及候选人保持良好的沟通,及时获取并准确,有效的传递双方的反馈信息

REQUIRED SKILLS

1.Candidates with 3 or more years of consulting, marketing, or sales experience are preferred, although new graduates are welcomed

三年以内的销售,咨询,市场营销工作经验,优秀应届生亦可

2.Fluency in Mandarin with strong English reading and writing capabilities, good interpersonal communication skills and a desire to learn

语言表达流利,良好的英语读写能力,沟通和学习能力强。

3.Interested in consulting/sales work as a long-term career path, able to define and meet career development goals

热爱咨询/销售工作,愿意作为长期职业发展的目标。

4.A passionate and hard-working individual adept at managing the stress of a fast-paced working environment

性格开朗,富有激情,能承受压力;有意向从事销售的工作;能适应快节奏的工作方式

5.Strong desire for personal and professional growth

具有强烈的自我成长欲望。

6.Bachelor degree or higher, record of formal schooling

统招本科以上学历。


Working time

Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm with all national legal holidays observed.

五天八小时工作制,按国家法定节假日工作时间。
Training and development


Compensation & Benefit

1.Probationary period salary of RMB 3-4k/month + commission, after completion of which RMB 5k-8K/month + commission

培训期(试用期)3k-4k(无责任底薪)+提成,转正后5k -8K左右+提成

2.All legal state holidays, 10 days annual vacation leave, 5 days sick leave, marriage and maternity leave

享受国家规定法定假期,实行年休假10天逐年递增1天,15天封顶、病假、婚假及产假等有薪假期。

3.Social benefits and accommodation allowance

购买社保和住房公积金。

4.Annual organization of domestic or international travel periods

每年定期组织国内外旅游。

5.Biannual salary adjustment

每年两次薪金调整。
