1.You'll be making significant contributions to the overall success of projects, whether the optimum solutions involve people, process or technology.
2.Delivering tremendous differentiated and perceived value to customers, you'll ensure that HP provides them with the best overall service experience in the industry…not only ensuring that projects run to plan, but also identifying opportunities to provide even greater value through expanded engagements or new consulting opportunities.
3.This will involve working exceptionally closely with customers, sharing knowledge, leveraging HP's experience and knowledge, and driving the creation of structured intellectual capital.
Responsibilities
1.Provide HP cloud computing and BTO product (Business Service Automation) consulting and delivery;
2.Presales support, POC, consulting, pre-site inspection, design work, initial installation, troubleshooting, implementation, customization, integration, and product orientation for the customer;
3.Work with worldwide customers throughout entire process to ensure satisfaction through resolution of customer situations and successfully manage relations with customers utilizing negotiation and influencing skills to acquire the internal and external resources necessary for optimal results
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Good spoken English
- At least 1 year UNIX experience
- At least 1 year cloud computing experience
- At least 1 year VMWARE, Hypver-V, HP VM/VPAR and IBM PowerVM experience
- At least 1 year storage, experience
- Telecommunication and banking experience is preferred
- Readiness to travel up to 50% of a year
- Fluent Cantonese
- Can travel to Hongkong, Macao, and Taiwan
