职位描述

Title: Cash Office Responsible
Department: Store
Reports to: Store Manager
Overall Job Function: Works with a strong focus on cash management and budgeting for the store through auditing of daily register activity.
Job Responsibility:

Routines
-Completes all weekly/monthly daily routines such as…
-In charge of account reconciliation which includes daily verification and correction of all monetary accounts
-Researches all cash differences and follow up with management and loss prevention
-Responsible for ensuring the store is compliant for all audit points as it relates to cash office, employee files, etc. with store manager’s assistance
-Responsible for ensuring that invoices are done in a proper way
-Completes all opening and closing procedures including banking, corrections and Payroll/SPH
-Inputs BORE lists, verifies reductions and Allegat lists to ensure correct booking
-Completes damages and supervise the reduction books
-Makes sure that all store transfers and price changes and BORE are being done in the right way.
-Follows up with managers and staff regarding prior day’s cash mistakes
-Assists in daily operations of the store including processing shipment, running the fitting room, ringing at the Register, unloading trucks, and using good customer service

Administration
-Solely responsible for the running of the cash office with the store manager’s overall supervision
-Responsible for inventory coordination
-Orders office supplies and cash point supplies
-Makes sure that stockroom, back areas and offices are organized, neat and clean

Controlling
-Updates the daily sales ledger
-Follows up on SPH and hours within the store

Training
-Communicates all new/adapted store routine and policy changes to the other managers and staff
-Trains employees on cash point procedures and store routines by using resources such as the cash register manual , Store Book, etc.

Payroll
-Completes all Payroll calculations for store including Daily/weekly/monthly calculation and all corrections
-Ensures confidential payroll and employee paperwork is completed properly and received by the appropriate party including employment paperwork, terminations, workers comp, benefits enrollment forms, etc.

Policies
-Ensures managers are working with the H&M Office Manual
-Responsible for that our policies and procedures are followed at the cash register, including providing excellent customer service.
-Makes sure that the cash wraps are organized with the right material, neat and clean.
-Processes returns

Job Requirements:
-Prior experience in a routine/cash office position desired
-Retail experience a must
-Good accounting/analytical skills
-Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
-Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills a must
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Certified Accountant
