Role Summary/Purpose

Reporting to General Manager of Pearl JV, He/She will support Pearl to drive business performance to achieve profitable growth and strong cash flow. He/She is a key player in supporting GM with strategic planning and short-range outlooks. The FM will ensure sufficient controllership routines & controls in place. Responsible for all financial reporting and filings to both statutory authorities and internal requirements, on timely basis.

Essential Responsibilities

- Support GM to build a strong daily operation mechanism.
- Ensure controllership in place
- Running legal entity in different location and ensure close book on time
- Prepare management report and financial report
- Optimize tax position across legal entity in business
- Implement finance and fiscal policy
- Help business leaders optimize the cost structure
- Build finance team in different location in delivering business requirements
- Formulate and approve the annual operating budget and plan.
- Determine the annual salary and remuneration budget for the joint venture company
- Formulate and approve the annual profit distribution plan in accordance with the relevant provisions of the joint venture contract and the articles of association
- Maintain strong relations with main shareholder to ensure best practices are leveraged locally.

- 确定公司员工的薪资福利预算规划和核准年度利润分配计划，该计划应与相关合资公司合同及公司章程一致。
- 与主要股东保持密切的联系以保证举债经营保持在最佳范围。

Qualifications/Requirements

- 10+ years in an equivalent position,
- Solid finance background
- Strong leadership skill, has experience in managing a diversify group
- Analytical/Interpersonal Skills: Executive Level presentation skills; Goal oriented self-starter; High integrity; Ability to apply and coach in managerial and leadership concepts and techniques;
- Ability to develop, executes, and coach in individual and team priorities;
- Fluent English and Mandarin
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and influencing abilities.
