Role Summary/Purpose
Reporting to the General Manager of Pearl JV, the Manufacturing/Supply Chain manager is responsible for the production and supply chain of the business. He/She will lead a manufacturing and supply chain team in the day-to-day operations and support the growth for the Company.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop a strong operation team and leadership pipeline - Set and achieve scheduled product output plan. Develop and implement production measurements to ensure proper flow, productivity improvement, quality improvements and customer satisfaction. - Provide leadership and empower production team direct labor, indirect labor and salaried employees to achieve cultural change initiatives. - Set goals and objectives (G’s & O’s), evaluate performance and develop personal growth/skill strengthening plans for direct reports. Act as mentor/coach for the development of other technical/leadership employees within the organization. - Work with EHS team to maintain high standard for site. - Provide leadership to identify, initiate and execute productivity programs, outsourcing initiatives, cost reductions and other efforts to improve competitiveness. - Work with HR team to ensure all human resources activities are in compliance with all company and government employment policies and laws. - Enhance the coordination and communication between different function - Maintain strong relations with main shareholder to ensure best practices are leveraged locally.

- 支持技术革新使得产品质量上一个新的台阶。

- 与主要股东保持密切的联系以保证各项合理措施在工作中顺利开展。

Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong experience in manufacturing and deep knowledge in technology development- Strategic Thinking and P&L mindset, strong awareness of market movement- Excellent interpersonal skill- Excellent people management experience driving and motivating to attain the team's goals- Coaching and mentoring of individuals on projects and managing day to day tasks- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to proactively communicate at all levels of an organization, both internal and external- Possess an 'edge' to making critical decisions- Action-oriented; results-driven; process oriented- Exceptional communication, persuasion and influencing abilities.
