General Objective: Your work is to undertake administration and other office duties that leave the sales team free to focus on the busy business of selling!

Detail duties:

1) Print out Proposals or Contracts (or POs)

2) Bridge between Sales team and Finance team, Contact Finance for invoice preparation;

3) Contact couriers and fill out client address, send invoices or other materials to clients or prospects

4) Prepare , print out Evaluation report for individual student

5) Contact corporate students and schedule for assessment date;

6) Scan contract for filing purpose

7) Record client information into CRM system for sales team if necessary

8) Attend events if necessary to help out.

9) Attend any type of class orientations (LT, GLT) to help out sales team

10) Pick up phones and record contact info while sales is outside for prospecting.
