Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform planning, execution and reporting of audit projects.
2. Limited supervision and training of staff auditors as assigned.
3. Lead basic audit functions in both operational and financial audits as assigned.
4. Travel to audit branches and stores 20% – 40% of work time.
5. Understand the best practices in various business functions.
6. Understand company policies and procedures and document process flows through interviews with company personnel and self research and study.
7. Assess the existence and effectiveness of the internal controls.
8. Identify control weakness and provide recommendations for improvement.
9. Perform computer analyses of data information.
10.Document the internal control environment.
11.Prepare audit reports.
12.Post-audit follow up with audit issues.

Qualification:

Level I
1.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business related field with minimum of 3 years of auditing/accounting or related business experience required, or Associate degree in accounting with minimum of 5 years of auditing/accounting or related business experience required.
2.Professional certification like CPA, CIA, or Chartered Accountant preferred.
3.Experience with SAP business system preferred. Other business system understanding is a plus.
4.Effective data analysis skills.
5.Proficient on usage of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Access preferred.
6.Good written and verbal communication skills. And good written skills in English.
7.Good analytical skills.
8.High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
9.Self-motivated, shows initiative and is well organized to meet work deadlines.

Level II
1.Must meet all qualifications of Level I Senior Auditor.
2.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business related field with minimum of 4 year of auditing/accounting or related business experience required; or Associate degree in accounting with minimum of 6 years of auditing/accounting or related business experience required.
3.Professional certification like CPA, CIA, or Chartered Accountant highly preferred.
