1.Responsibilities

• Creates, develops and manages systematically and pro-actively effective business relationships with Key Accounts within assigned territory to achieve sales goals and develop long term partnerships.
• Builds the Lincoln Electric brand identity and develops Lincoln’s value proposition
• Ensures effective assessments of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee achievement of sales objectives.
• Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts Sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Work with the RD to develop targeted marketing campaigns and business plans for the next phase of LE China’s development
• Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective Key Accounts to increase product awareness.
• Participate in trade shows and fairs and support events.

3.Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Have an Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 5 years successful experience in a Sales management role.
• Ability to conduct sales presentations and hands on demonstrations
• Ability to interact at every level
• Good knowledge of industrial sales channels. Knowledge of the Welding Industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English,
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proved experience in similar activities is preferred.
