Main responsibility:

1. Coordinate with the merchandising team and central logistics/ Customer Service team to ensure that all the seasonal orders are shipped and delivered to the retail stores on time.

2. Work closely with the 3PL vendors to ensure the customs clearance, warehouse operations, international freight and local deliveries are smoothly managed according to agreed KPI and SOP.

3. Manage a small team of 2 subordinates to ensure all the logistics operation and processes are well managed and controlled.

4. Manage the system reception and delivery update in the GPV system.

5. Communicate with external authorities, e.g. customs, CIQ etc., on logistics related issues

6. Prepare and analyze the Logistics related reports, including weekly delivery status, order fulfillment rate, warehouse weekly operation reports etc.

7. Manage the CITES application process to make sure that all the import licenses are applied on time.

8. Manage the CIQ pre-testing and labeling process to ensure the importation & retail level compliance.

9. Coordinate and support the HKG grey label team on sales campaign management, order entry, price update, importation, delivery etc.

10.Manage the local handling of the grey label business with the senior executive, such as fabric delivery to the factories, finished product pick up, payment notice to whole seller, finished product delivery to whole seller etc.

11.Logistics expense budget and control

12.Support the Annual Stock Take, Family Sale, and other events/ projects.

Requirement:

1. University graduate, good commend of oral and written English

2. At least 8 years working experience, with 3 years in a managerial position,

3. China retail logistics operation knowledge (from inbound to DC to store), experienced in manage 3PL vendors

4. Familiar with China importation regulations and process, warehouse operation, distribution management

5. Integrity, self motivated, open-minded and ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.
