Position: 会计主管(第三方派遣合同），总行财务部

Responsibility:

• Monitor system error and communicate with relative counterparties on issues fixed.
• Control and maintain GL Accounts and update respective parties on periodical basis.
• Supervise GL confirmation exercise and review and comment the quality of proof submitted by branches, and ensure all the practice in compliance with group policies.
• Process design for new system integration or internal restructure.
• Review and streamline FA workflow periodically & propose risks control measures.
• Co-ordinate Finance project and update relevant financial accounting procedures.
  

Requirement:

• Good knowledge of accounting & finance functions, can support business functions and further improve on business acumen.
• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance related.
• More than 7 years relative working experience.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
