Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing both internal and external communications to support Global Account Director / Manager
Responsible for ongoing account support and maintaining strong customer rapport and relationship
Responsible to coordinate and provide direction for customer service initiatives from all stations involved in
the account and working with operations and the customer to deliver a consistent and high level of customer
service
Regular interaction with Global Account Manager and operational staff from the CEVA stations to maintain
strong relations and cooperation to ensure customer’s needs are met
Responsible for escalating customer’s regional rules to ensure compliance with all CEVA’s sites involved
in the account
Responsible to create, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and KPI reports for
the account, using KPI as the driving tool to drive internal process improvements across operations
Identify CEVA’s operation improvement required areas via KPI and have this escalated to the CEVA’s site
to be addressed and closed accordingly
Provide support and guidance to the CEVA AP sites on regional expectations, e.g. reports, scorecards etc.
Attend and manage the information required for customer QBRs with Global Account Manager
Education & Training:
? Degree or Diploma in Business / Sales, Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Preferred Experience & Knowledge:
? Hands-on knowledge in either customer service, sales or account management for ocean or air product
? More than 3 years of experience in supply chain or freight industry, with roles directly linked to sales
support, customer service, sales or account management in the 3PL industry
Technical Functional Skills:
? Proactive and customer-oriented
? Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communicator with ability to communicate at all level within and
across the region
? Good coordination and problem-solving skills with proven experience in project management
? Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Access
? Able to work well under stress and strict timelines
