DUTY/
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Initial Sample management;　
o Organize drawing review with PBU and suppliers　
o Train suppliers to follow Wilo initial sample process and procedure
o Work with suppliers to ensure the IS submit per timeline
o Check the initial samples documentation, provide the inspection report to PBU and communicate with PBU about the sample status.　
o Get the official approval from PBU and update the file.
2 Work as assistant of SQE teams　
3 Work as assistant to Purchasing Director of AP　
o To provide reports on regular basis　
o Work with different PBUs on commodity management
4 Other assignments from SQE manager, APO purchase manager and Purchasing Director of AP

EDUCATION/MAJOR
Basic knowledge of technic and mechanic

SKILLS

Language : English (fluent spoken & written);
Computer: Word, Excel, PPT.

PERSONALITY
Cooperative spirit and “open mind”;
Be able to work under a dynamic environment;
Ability to learn new technology and process.
