ROLE PURPOSE

The specialist is responsible for managing POS design process and monitoring POS Decoration

.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

？ Achieve annual store number target and budget;

？ 达成年度专卖店开店/更新计划和预算指标;

？ Works within an integrated/systematic process with key internal and external suppliers and customers;

？ 和公司内部和外部供应商,顾客配合,保证整个专卖店设计/装修流程运转有效并顺畅;

？ Follow up and monitor the PoS update status, and release the support to dealers after the final check;

？ 跟踪并监管专卖店情况和状态, 根据专卖店验收情况,给予支持或者整改要求;

？ Design concepts and standards applicable for company culture and image;

？ 根据公司VI和要求,设计专卖店概念以及标准并保证实施;

？ Develop and manage the design standards documentation fo POS and keep it updated;

？ 发展并管理专卖店支持文档资料并保持更新;

？ Participate in the design and construction of special project;

？ 参与设计并保证特别项目的实施;

？ Organize and manage all suppliers to finish their job in terms of drawings and construction schedule;

？ 组织并管理所有供应商按照计划完成设计工作;

？ Coordinate the PoS update among HG marketing department, HG field sales team, HG dealers and designing company;

？ 在公司市场部团队,区域销售团队,经销商以及设计公司直接协调并保证专卖店新建/改造工作顺利;

？ Identify and create local PoS tools, like displays/posters/panels, etc to support the showroom presentation.;

？ 建议并发展专卖店工具和物料;例如:展板,海报;以支持展厅陈列;

？ Showroom location check and price negotiation with mall management if required.

？ 专卖店位置勘查;和专卖店租赁费用谈判(如果需要)

？ Responsible for managing the construction if required;

？ 负责管理现场施工(如果需要)

Requirements on knowledge & skills:

Knowledge:

？ College degree or above, major in interior design or construction design related fields

？ Good English skills both oral and written

？ Be familiar with AutoCAD/Photoshop/MS Office

？ At least 1 year work experience in Office/store/Commercial design or construction design management

Skills:

？ Good at Vendor selection, management and effective communication

？ Impressive communication and negotiation skill

？ At least 1 year work experience in Office/store/Commercial design or construction design management Marketing experience

？ Willingness to learn and potential of development

？ Strong sense of ownership and initiative

？ Team spirit

？ Creative, Self-motivated

？ Well-organized, attentive to details

？ Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, aggressive timelines as well as multiple overlapping projects at one time

大专以上学历，室内设计或建筑设计类专业

熟练运用AutoCAD/Photoshop/MS Office

1年以上设计管理类工作经验，特别是展厅设计或室内设计经验

有一定英语基础

有供应商选择、管理的经验，善于沟通

注重团队精神，可以适应出差
