- Managing the Documentary and System procedures
生产文件及流程管理
- To coordinate progress reporting activities,assist to preparation of technical and system documentary archiving, recording and registering activities.
负责部门生产流程相关的报告、工艺及系统文件的准备与发放、记录归档管理。
- To control and support 5S applications.
5S管理。
- To record and keep the division properties (fix asset, tools, machinery, office equipment),follow up daily consumption.
车间资产（固定资产、工装设备等）记录及存管，日常耗材跟进管理。
- Assist to project managers in terms of project works.
给项目管理人员提供必要的项目支持。
Qualification 任职条件
- Bachelor degree of science
工科背景，本科学历
- Process orientated, technical university, or 3 years technical college;
流程导向思维，机械制造专业毕业。
- Dominate personality for strict recording and reporting activities.
良好的管控能力以确保相关记录及报告的严密性。
- Communication capability, Team player, Patience and flexibile.
良好的沟通能力，团队合作，工作仔细耐心，工作灵活。
- English (Writen &Oral), Computer skill.
良好的英语（要求口语和书面语）能力和计算机运用能力。
