Report to: Manufacturing Technology Manager
Location: Jiading, Shanghai, CHINA

Develop and improve Standard Operation Procedure for filling and packing operations.

· Make sure the operational procedure perfectly conducted in the work shop and adjust the operation procedure if needed

· Develop new operational procedures and Standard Operation Parameters if there are new process or equipments introduced in to the work floor

· Train the operators about the new process, make sure a safe, productive condition

· Timely check out/update the operation procedures and SOC to make sure they can meet the production requirement

· Develop/update the maintenance plan for the process equipments

Provide technical support to abnormal activities in the filling system.

· Lead and coordinate the automatic filling machine and manual filling machine trouble shooting activities.

· Provide the professional ideas and skills to team members in the trouble shooting works

· Conduct correction and preventive plan for complex problems.

· Filling machine performance continuous improvement.

Identify filling Process availability, performance and quality gap and take a leading role in improvement actions

· Build technical capability for filling and packing operations for the whole site.

· Develop the machine availability and performance control index, record the abnormal, initiate the root cause analysis or improvement activity if the index not under control.

· Conduct improvement work in the field to meet the market requirement

· Organize the root cause analysis for the quality complaints relate to filling process

· Identify and scope-out new project opportunities and provide and coordinate basic data and scope for manufacture technology (MT) capital projects.

· To build good connection and net work with related vendors, out site resources and filling engineers at sites so as to improve the capability of filling and packing operations at the plant.


Skill and Knowledge Required:
? University/college or above majored in Mechanical, Mechanical & Electrical Integration, electrical automation or Process Automation or Automatic Control.
? 5 years or above experience in related field.
? Electrical operating and maintenance license is preferred.
? Experience in liquid filling and packing equipment maintenance is must.
? Profound knowledge in automation control system (PLC), fiber optical sensors, solenoid values, Servo controls, VFD, network communication skills.
? Profound knowledge in mechanical material performance, gas cylinder actuators, combination valves, air control theory and practices.
? Motivated attitude with strong problem solving skill.
? Good command of English communication skill.
? 6 σ, RCFA, PFMEA, CP, SPC skill is preferred
