China Finance Manager-Operations

Responsibility：

1.Monitor the plants’ working capital components, ensure accounting and reporting are accurately, timely prepared and consolidated, submitted according to both local and US requirements, devise concepts and work with the management team, China finance team to minimize the use of working capital and other assets

2. Satisfy reporting requirements and provide plant management with reliable information to control operations.

Analyze results, report variances and recommend controls and containments

3. Provide tactical and strategic input to HQ and the leadership of the plant in order to improve processes and the financial and operational performance of the business

4. Control capital expenditures and ensure proper approval process in accordance with top management's guidelines.

5. Manage internal process in preparing the annual budget prepared on a monthly basis and monthly forecast ensuring that the relevant departments and managers have agreed to and are responsible for all key budgetary line items.

6.Regular reporting to the management on financial performance, variance analysis relative to budget, and explanation of all material variance;

Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree in accounting/finance required

2. Minimum 8 years experience in finance or Accounting Experience, in multinational manufacturing companies; in a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to US GAAP, China GAAP and other relevant policies and regulations.

3. Fluent Mandarin and English

4. Strong business acumen.

5. Good communication skill with various levels in the organization.

6. Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills; team player and ability to work independently with all levels of the organization.
