Purpose/Objective:

Implement the best procurement practices for the indirect material procurement for Advanced Procurement to support the new product development, including the 3^rd party purchase as well as the department administrative works to yield the best cost and quality according to the policy and to the compliances standard for the company .

Area of Responsibilities:

1. Issue the PO and follow up the the delivery.

2. Invoices verification and payment handling to the suppliers.

3. Communicate requests and assure expedient and reliable corrective action from the supplier if a problem or failure occurs that is relevant to the Supplier's product .This includes working closely with other departments company internally and supplier externally.

4. Implement ongoing supplier management process and drive continuous Improvement.

5. SAP Vendor Master Data and Vendor InforRecord creation and maintenance.

6. Assistant to the department including the reporting and documents controls.

7. Other tasks may be assigned by the company or managers.

Person Specification:

	Essential
Qualifications & Education:	? Bachelor degree, engineering background perfer
Skills & Knowledge:	? Solid buyer experience.. ? Good planning skills ? Basic knowledge of ERD/SAP processing ? ISO or similar QMS working environment experiences
Experience:	? 5 years working experience and 1-2 years above experience of Buyer
Personal Skills / Attributes:	? Cooporate with each department and implement and follow strictly the company regulations ? Sense of commercial ? Good team player
Other areas: eg. Language & office skill	? Traveling flexibility(about 20%) ? Good Command of English ? Computer level: Proficient with MS office and SAP application.
