Marcom Manager（市场沟通经理）

Responsibilities

? Developing and delivering effective communication processes that drive employee engagement and increase performance of all China operation

? Establishing communication-related standards of excellence, identifying communication-related gaps and barriers to performance

? Serving as a champion for building communications competency within the division

? Establishing best practices and processes in the development and maintenance of relationships with media, and managing special events, press conferences and sponsorship programs

? Facilitate communication process improvement throughout the division, identifying gaps and barriers to information flow with the use of research and assessment tools

? Translate the business strategy into key messages, manage the dissemination, assess and adjust as necessary

? Develop communication-related performance targets and quantifiably measure progress

? Align regional communications with corporate - be a key person of the global communication network

? Provide direct communication support for business leaders, establishing a communication plan, core messaging, channels, conduct say/do analysis, etc

? Establish and oversee a team of communication resources at all facilities (plants, sales, other offices, etc.) to ensure

? The implementation of a common communication infrastructure

? The consistent use of core messages

? The sharing of communication-related best practices

? Consistent application of communication audits

? Oversee the researching, writing and dissemination of backgrounders, press materials and press releases.

? Initiate, develop and maintain local, national and international media and public contacts for disseminating corporate information and news.

? Oversee the development of a global process for managing communication during an issue or crisis.

? Develop and manage company communications and media relations plans and budgets.

? Other related work assigned by his/her manager and the company from time to time

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, Training and Development, or related discipline with at least 5 years experience. Master's degree a plus.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Excellent written and oral communication skills (both Chinese & English), project management and interpersonal skills. Experience in building cross-functional alliances, change management, communication measurement, consulting with business leaders and communication process improvement. Proven ability creating powerful relationships that drive performance improvements. Experience in both internal communication and Public Relations.
