职责:
1. 负责开发机械产品,以满足客户的计划与规格的要求
2. 通过创新来提高现有产品的设计,满足功能规格要求
3. 通过不同方法对在开发阶段的误差进行检测， 并对发展阶段的做应力分析
4. 与项目部，人事部、供应商和客户沟通
5. 在大量生产之前，检查相关零部件的质量
6. 跟进材料的情况和监控不同的项目
7. 在生产期间通过改进和设计来降低成本
8. 根据客户需求参与或者安排可靠性和机械性的测试
9. 为产品做质量和设计分析

职位要求：
1.机械工程或相关专业的学士学位
2.熟练地使用3D CAD软件
3.熟悉地使用Pro Intralink,PDMlink和仿真软件
4.至少有3年作为机械设计工程师的相关工作经验
5.灵活运用塑料和金属板、模具和塑料的注射
6.熟练地使用英语
7.具备进行层叠和压力分析的能力
8.熟悉DFx(制造、组装、测试、堆积等)
9.具备主动性和创造力

Responsibility:
1. Responsible for developing mechanical products to meet the timeline & specification of customers.
2. Determines and implements changes to enhance design of current products and meet functional specifications.
3. Provide the different approaches for concept phase and conduct tolerance & stress analyses for development phase.
4. Interfaces with program team members, inter-department personnel, suppliers and customers. 5. Verifies & qualifies related parts and components prior to mass production.
6. Follow up the material status and monitor the process for different development builds.
7. Lead cost reduction effort during production period through parts refinements and or design improvement
8. Participate and/or conduct reliability and mechanical testing as per customer requirements.
9.To support production by conducting engineering analysis for every quality and/or design issues.

Position Requirement
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Proficient skills on 3D cad software (Pro-Engineer Wildfire 5).
3.Added advantage are knowledgeable using Pro Intralink, PDMlink, and simulation software's (Pro-mechanica)
4.Min 3 years related working experience as a mechanical design engineer
5.Knowledgeable on plastic & sheet metal, mold & plastic injection
6.Proficiency in English language.
7.Capabilities to conduct stack-up & stress analyses.
8.Familiarity in DFx (manufacturing, assembly, test, stack up, etc..)
9.Pro-active & creative.
