Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizes and conducts annual training needs analysis. Designs annual training plan in accordance with the training needs analysis results
• Manages and trains the staff training team to deliver quality training services
• Help to organizes and conducts managerial training programs, and handles related issues to ensure effective and successful delivery of training programs
• Analyses and appraises training evaluation results, and improves training effectiveness to optimize the company’s investment in training
• Recommends training solutions to help users to tackle business issues on a timely basis, and supports the implementation
• Designs and implements talent development programs to meet the talent demand for supporting short-term and long-term business objectives
• Help to establishes training management system and related regulations to support delivery of quality training service and optimize our training investment
• Supports the department head on organization development initiatives

The ideal applicant will have the following experience:

• At least 5 years HR working experience
• Exposure and/or experience in structured people development programs
• Good training skill
• Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Have initiative and creativity
• PC skills in office operating software
• Good command of English
