Software Engineering Manager（美国独资公司医疗设备行业，要求3年以上带人经验，英语熟练）

Position: Software Engineering Manager
Department: R&D Center Shanghai
Report to: R&D Manager

Role and Responsibility:
As functional manager of the software development team, his/her major responsibilities include:
- Team buildup: recruit and retain talents that are aligned with business strategy and meet project needs
-Develop core competence in software design and test by providing or coordinating training.
-Build a good work environment including necessary software development processes, infrastructure and tool sets.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive synergies across common software platforms

Essential Requirement:
- B.S. degree in computer science or related fields with minimal 8 years work experience; or M.S. with minimal 5 years experience.
- Minimal 3 year management (either project or people) or technical leadership in a multinational company
- Proven capability and experience in software product development
- Excellent people skill and problem solving skill
- Must be a team player and experienced in global collaboration in a matrix organization
- Excellent English communication ability (verbal and written) and technical communication ability

Desired Experience
- Experience in software platform, system architecture development, embedded system development
- Experience with design for software reliability, and agile or lean software development
- Medical device or life science product development experience, especially experience with complex system development
