Firmware Engineer（欧美医疗设备独资公司研发中心职位，良好的薪资福利待遇和晋升前景）

工作地点：浦东

Report to: R&D Manager

Role and Responsibility:

As key member of the R&D team, he/she will:

- Participate in new product development (product definition, concept and prototype development, verification & validation, design transfer)

- Perform firmware design and testing for new product development

- Provide necessary documentation along with design based on regulatory requirement

- Work with cross-functional team to ensure product design meets the requirement for reliability, manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.

Essential Requirement:

- B.S. degree in Engineering

- Minimal 5 years industry experience in firmware design and testing

- Hands-on experience and solid capability in:

a) C/C++ programming

b) Design experience with ARM

c) Programming experience in uc/OS-II, Linux, Vxworks, WinCE environment

d) Firmware testing experience

- Good English communication ability (verbal and written)

- Good problem solving skill (root cause analysis, FMEA, etc.) and technical communication ability

- Must be a team player

Desired Qualification:

- M.S. degree

- Experience with assembly language

- Solid design experience with ARM cortex series and uc/OS-II

- Industrial automation and control, medical device or life science product development experience, especially experience with complex system (sensors & actuators) development

- Global collaboration experience in matrix organization
