Develops and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share for LBC
Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities/products required to continue our sales volume and market share growth history.
Reviews analysis of marketing surveys on current (LBC's and competitors') and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.
Responsible for the development and management of the Marketing department's budget.
Build business relationships with all distributors
Support LBC's distributors and dealers with all marketing related issues / needs
Develops and executes authority/association management programs
Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage for "brands."
Four year university bachelor's degree in marketing or chemical required, MBA preferred, with at least 5 years of direct marketing management. Experience in business to business marketing strategy and execution is required. Previous experience in coatings or adhesives product industries is preferred.
· Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills.
· Quick learner and problem solver.
· Ability to self-motivate and motivate others.
