Basic Purpose 主要工作目标
在指定服务区域内或指定项目中，负责各项技术服务工作，保证客户生产及质量的稳定，以配合销售人员实现销售目标。
Responsible for providing technical service in designed service region or project, to assure product stability and quality, support sales to achieve sales goals.

Duties and Responsibilities 主要职责
·代表公司向客户提供专业的现场技术服务；
On behalf of the company to provide customers with professional on-site technical services.
·参加相关项目的调试和技术服务工作；
Participate in projects related to the commissioning and technical services.
·反馈产品使用信息、客户需求信息和行业竞争信息；
Feedback the related information such as customer requirements, competition situation, industry status, etc.
·完成所负责项目的实施计划；
Responsible for project plan implementation.
·根据公司要求，提交客户服务计划和报告；
Prepare and submit the required customer service plan and report; Cooperate with others.
·根据每年公司、部门制定的KPI及绩效目标为导向，完成各项工作；
Finish all tasks in line with KPI & performance objectives of the company and the department.

Position Requirements 岗位需求
Education 教育背景:
·大学本科及以上学历，金属加工材料等相关专业
University graduate or above, major in Chemistry, Mechanic, metallurgy and other related

Working Experience 工作经验:

·两年以上技术服务经验，有化工行业或与公司产品应用相关行业工作经验。
More than two year experience in technical services, or the chemical industry and related products industry experience.
More than two year experience in sales or technical services, or the chemical industry and related products industry experience.
·熟悉公司及所负责区域的销售市场
Familiar with the regional sales market.
·具有良好的沟通技巧
Good communication skills.
