QC Lab leader/（实验室主管）

工作地点：上海

Principle Accountabilities:

？ Drive and execute QC lab COTs – Safety Performance, Real Time Release (cycle time for

？ testing and adjustment), FPFQY, Lab productivity and Quality KPIs, etc.

？ Support Quality TS16949 and other quality production systems. Develop and upgrade MSA and training for technican.

？ Work with process engineer and plant chemist for effective response and leadership for QC

lab related needs.

？ Responsible for alignment and prioritization of the short term and middle term needs for plant QC lab team.

？ Responsible for the people development for QC lab team.

Skill and Knowledge Required:

？ University degree or above in chemical engineering or chemistry field.

？ At least 3 years of experience in process technology or technical position in Chemical Industry, and 2 years above in coating industry.

？ At least 1 year in supervision position in multinational company.

？ Motivated attitude with strong problem solving and supervision skill.

？ Good command of English communication skill.

？ MSA skill is preferred
