职位描述
Responsibilities (key activities and decisions for which only this role is accountable)
? Strategic Sourcing: Participate land transportation, marine and storage sourcing process (capture requirements, qualify service providers, preparing/distributing bid packages, evaluating offers, drafting and negotiating contracts), in order to optimized logistics costs with agreed service level and business risk.
? Administration of Contracts: Monitor contract status, authorization progress and timeline for contract renewal/new negotiation, in order to make sure all the contracts to be renewed within the validity period and to be filed properly.
? Spot Vessel Chartering: Whenever there is a spot chartering requirement, the Sourcing and Contracting Assistant will act under guidance of Sourcing and Contracting Lead to explore and negotiate an appropriate vessel in the spot market for the domestic cargo movement.
? Supplier Relationship Management: Assist to enhance supplier relationship with coordination of Customer Delivery Assurance team through activities like contracting the service providers, reviewing contract performance , searching industry intelligence, exploring new services, seeking feedback, resolving issues and maintaining KPIs, in order to ensure continued service with optimized costs and agreed service level.
? Administration of Insurance: Support all Asia marine and storage related insurance with liaising of various Company departments and service providers through activities like applying coverage with yearly renewal of COMPANY's consolidated insurance program and preparing reports related to insurance coverage, in order to make sure all risk of loss and damage for the cargo in transit is fully covered.
? Monthly Reports: Consolidate monthly and other performance reports for SCE Asia for sourcing and contracting related issues so that management can have accurate figures and timely updates for decision making.
? Sales contract reviewing: Assist in Sales Contract reviewing process to assure the Sales Contracts are in line with the shipping procedures and to assure agreed copies are properly filed for future reference.

Requirements
Education & Training (degree, training, or certification required)
? University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
Experience (technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required)
? 3-4 years experiences in Shipping, Logistics or Operations
Competencies (key functional, leadership, or business competencies required)
? Financial and Commercial knowledge
? Supply Chain Management knowledge, chemical shipping knowledge (e.g. demurrage handling) preferred
? Basic Marine Law knowledge
? Basic Insurance knowledge
? Supplier Relationship Management Knowledge
? Familiar with Statutory and Regulatory Guidelines
? Strategic Sourcing and Contracting skill
?
