JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for production planning including BP (Business Plan), S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning), MPS (Master Production Scheduling) and DPS (Detailed Production Scheduling). Project management and follow. Include Product Launch Project, Product Exportation Project and other Site Projects with Logistics Functional impact business.
KEY TASKS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

PLANNING (60%)
-Analyze sales and distribution trends in order to decide on the adjustments to be made on the demand plan.
-Analyze impact of the demand plan vs. the supply plan. Make the necessary adjustments to the plan using the MRP.
-Run the MRP & MPS to conducts a review of the results, deciding on the changes or actions necessary to meet objectives.
-Evaluate MRP and work out production plan and procurement plan jointly with other depts. of the site.
-Decide on the course of action to take to maintain, reduce or increase inventory levels based on demand.
-Control the level of inventory VS. service level required and based on target inventory levels.
-Conduct and analyzes inventory projections and initiates discussions with concerned team in order to develop action plans.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT (20%)
Project management and follow.
-Product Launch Project: In charge of Logistics support to assure new product launch in Market adherenced with timeline.
-Product Exportation Project and other Site Projects with Logistics Functional impact business.

REPORTS & OTHERS (20%)
-Maintain internal and external reports (such as dept. KPIs, dashboard, LRP, Capacity Analysis…) with timely manner.
-Miscellaneous works.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTITUDES
-Full time university education in economics or international trade
-At least 3 years multinationals working experience in the related areas
-Good command of English both spoken and written
-Skilled in Office system
-SAP skill is essential
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
