Principal Accountabilities:
? Setup, oversee and manage the delivery requirement from customer service; ensure accuracy. Work with the customer service to address issues on a timely basis and report any discrepancies to the demand manager
? Obtain release data from customer service
? Obtain daily requirement from AX
? Enter demand orders to tollers and internal suppliers into ERP without delay.
? Monitor net change in customer requirement on each release; notify Supply Chain Manager of all changes
? Keep detailed records of demand fluctuation and any related communication.
? Match and resolve any cumulative year to date (CYTD) delivery data issues with tollers and internal suppliers.
? Be familiar with CYTD rollover activities and issues.
? Communicate as needed with all contact of tollers and internal suppliers via telephone/email.
? Communicate/review with customer service frequently as needed to support customer requirements.
? Ensure all master files for tollers and internal suppliers are current, including price detail and invoice data
? Create and maintain files for each toller & internal suppliers location; perform this task in conjunction with Shipping/Receiving
? Responsible for on time delivery which includes the co-ordination of shipping activities with toller & internal suppliers, shipment creation and documentation follow up
? Understanding, analyze and management of potential liability in an automotive environment. This is achieved by understanding and reporting all customer delivery issues on a daily basis to minimize expedited freight
? Responsible to identify and act on maximizing sales opportunities through an understanding of Automotive Release Control Methods of releases and liabilities, via communicating with customer service frequently.
? Responsible for the co-ordination of demand balance out activities and the obsolescence claims follow up
General
? Familiar with customer requirements & demanding
? Able to work in a cross functional team environment with sales, production planning, plant teams and product development
? Resolve invoicing issues such as corrections, credits, pricing

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? College degree or above, over three years plant demand planning experience in manufacturing environment;
? Strong written and oral communications required
? Ability to use and understand MRP/ERP systems, Microsoft office
? Able to handle multiple tasks and independently prioritize workload
? Self starter
