Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Create GHS MSDS/Label for new product and some RM imported and exported for China and Taiwan • Review MSDS/Label for existing products per 3 years and communicate /inform changes to commercial team • Deal with Label/MSDS concern from customer • Work with global IT to lead some MSDgen project to fix the concern/suggestion from employees/customers • Collecting new regulatory related to China and Taiwan and working with related function to follow • Interact with government and non-government agency on product registrations/ certifications (NSF, HALAL, MOH etc…) • Regulatory review for new product/ new RM and proposed product change for China/Taiwan • Responsible for transportation classification.. • Assisting EHS team to get the operation permit

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science or Toxicology from an accredited university or college, • Above 5 years for domain knowledge and demonstrated experience with chemical regulatory, hazardous communication, MSDS and labelling and GHS• Good English skill in written and oral • Good team work and Good team worker internally and cross function, strong leadership skill• Take responsibility, proactive learner, proactive problem solver and self-improvement
