Position: Production Manager (Sihui, Guangdong)

Job Description:
? Make production plan, lead production and engineering team to achieve production goal.
? Facility management, work with facility engineer.
? Troubleshoot problems when emerging.
? Responsible for overseeing the development of manufacturing specifications.
? Perform quality analysis of products from manufacturing facilities and propose solution, ensuring product adheres to high quality level.
? Improve productivity and quality and follow action plans. Culminated in the cost of production at lowest.
? Responsible for new products, approve prototype and technical specifications for production
? Support sales for customer service
? Works in collaboration with and provides clear and timely communication to relevant departments
? Manage proactive employee relations and build harmonious teamwork.
? Handle other affairs appointed by superior.

Candidate Requirements:
? College, major in Metallurgy, experienced in NbZr or tungsten molybdenum or similar product.
? At least five years working experience.
? Good command of both spoken and written English.
? Microsoft office software of computer.
