Responsibility:
1. Assume the site leadership role and work with other department of all functions to ensure customer and company SEA/CSER standard compliance

2. Lead and provide professional support on 3^rd party and customer audit on SEA/CSER, Quality and RSC

3. Lead a middle size team to perform quality management system and environmental system maintenance, T2 supplier factory audit

4. Coordinate with all internal parties to ensure Update and develop SOP as required and participate in specific customer EICC/EHS/RSC/Quality System program

5. Develop comprehensive training programs for associates, suppliers and factories; coordinate regular training communication session within Business Unit and supplier side

6. Act as site SEA/CSER contact point and to interact effectively with senior management staff of key clients and target company representatives.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree / Higher Diploma in relevant discipline, preferably in Quality Management or Industrial Management.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Factory Audit/ QA Compliance/ Product safety regulatory
3. Proficient in worldwide social, quality, environmental standard like SA 8000, EICC, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, QC08000, ROHS.
4. Possess general knowledge of corporate social responsibility, factory evaluation, social accountability audit, risk management, and process management consulting concepts.
5. Proactive, analytical with good communication and presentation skills.
6. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
7. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
8. Sound problem solving and leadership skills.
9. Sound knowledge of Code of Conduct, government labor requirements in the region.
