Role Summary/Purpose

To promote quality tools and culture to achieve high quality and continuous improvement targets.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain a Quality Management System according to ISO9001;2008 2. Define plant quality objectives and monitor progress and regularly report 3. Promote quality tools and quality culture in whole company. 4. Lead the internal Quality System Audit program for the plant and manage the corrective action system in conjunction with the management review process. 5. Liaise with external QMS audit 6. Handle with customer complaint 7. Provide expertise and support to project department relative to Project Quality 8. Provide expertise and support to manufacturing department relative to Production Quality. 9. Provide expertise and support to the Supply Chain Management organization relative to Supplier Quality 10. Control of QMS documents to ensure the updated versions are using. 11. Set up, manage and grow up quality team. 12. Push & complete all the EHS Expectation for Manager;

Qualifications/Requirements

- Education 1.University degree or above majored in mechanical /electrical engineering or related discipline - Experience and Skills 1. 8+ years working experience in quality management experience in manufacturing background with 5 years at the management role Strong leadership 2. Experienced in setting up quality systems 3. Knowledge in Quality tools and six sigma 4. Fluent in English 5. Result oriented
