一家美资汽车零配件企业招聘物料计划主管
KEY SERVICES:
× Ensure MRP run successfully and Delivery Order can be released on time to the relate suppliers
× Ensure material can be picked up on time from respective suppliers and monitor material in transit
× Define MRP planning parameter such as safety stock level, supplier lead time, shipping lead time, ordering bucket etc. to achieve approved inventory budget
× Establish inventory projection and monitor the achievement as per defined target, define action plan if some gaps are found
× Responsible to work with suppliers and purchasing to improve supply chain such as: MOQ reduction, LT reduction
× Ensure material availability for production and minimize premium freight cost
× Establish and monitor supplier delivery performance report, PRR follow up and tracking
QUALIFICATION:
1. Education Background
a. Min university degree on related field
2. Skills and knowledge
a. Excellent English communication skill both oral and written
b. Computer literate- familiar with ERP system, SAP is preferred
c. Strong leadership and analytical skill
3. Working Experience
a. Min 5 years experience as Material Planner, preferred in MNC
b. Min 2 year experience as Material Planner Supervisor, preferred in MNC
c. Has proven experience with overseas suppliers
