Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for whole plant operation management, including production, process management, supply chain management, maintenance, quality, etc.

Manage and control the whole operation process to ensure that product conforms to the requirements, responsible for production and delivery in time and at specified quality

Ensure efficient resource utilization in running the manufacturing facility

Ensure safe working environment of all employees in the plant

Support the implementation of new buiness strategy

Coordinate and control the production process, and in charge of cost control

Support & participate Sales and Marketing activities

Report and communicate to the Board of Directors and Headquarter

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

University Degree or professional training in Engineering, Production/Manufacturing, Mechanics, Polymer processing, Business, Economics or related fields

Hands-on experience in manufacturing field

Work experience in Auto industry before is a plus

Experience in leading the production team (skilled workers) as Production Manager, or in similar position

Management experience in a multi-national company is a must

Excellent command of Chinese and English, knowledge of German is plus

Clear mentality and hardworking is a must

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong team spirit and self-motivated

Capability to work independently
