岗位职责 (Position Description)

由于业务发展,需销售内勤人员一名建设和维护客户关系
Inbound customer acquisition and maintaining of existing customer relationships.
跟踪客户订单具体执行进度（报价，签订合同，交货，收款等）.
Responsibility for internal sales processes (quotation, contract, delivery, invoicing).
收集潜在客户资料,维护客户信息. 对客户提供专业的产品咨询。
Maintaining existing customer relationships; introduction of products and suitable services to customers and potential clients.
与经理沟通业务事宜
Reports to manager about business developments

任职要求 (Requirement)

大专及其以上学历，市场营销等相关专业。
First bachelor degree in International Business or Marketing
一年以上销售行业工作经验，有专业和熟练的英语水平，会德语者优先。
At least 1 year working experience in sales, customer service or related fields, excellent English skills, German appreciated
有从事机械行业或者物流行业者优先。
Experience in machinery industry or logistic branch preferred
有操作ERP的经验以及熟悉销售业务流程。
Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with sales business processes.
有团队精神，有较强的沟通和表达能力。能独立解决问题，但是不缺乏团队精神。
Reporting and presentation skills as well as PC skills required, independent but communicative working attitude wanted.
