Requirements:
？ University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relative subject
？ Minimum 10 years working experiences, at least 3 years overall management experiences in Technical department. Familiar with measuring tools, experience of measurement tools manufacturing or similar industry is preferred
？ Familiar with lean or 6sigma
？ A desire to succeed personally and drive performance in others through leadership
？ Proficiency in oral and written English
？ Good Communication Skill internal & external
？ Open-minded, team-spirited, self-motivated and strong cross functional ability.

Responsibility:
？ Prepare and maintain technical rules and instruction for designing & manufacturing of measuring tools.
？ New product development and technical research support
？ Proposal and implementation of measures tools, equipment, processes to improve product quality and decrease costs
？ Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
？ Responsible for the site capital project organization and budget, including safe and efficient implementation of capital projects
？ Ensure the timely delivery of the required drawings, documents and products for each stage of the Project
？ Cooperate with oversea engineers and get support
？ Provide technical advice to customer through the phone, emails or customer visits.
？ Develop engineering team through sharing technical knowledge, assigning challenging jobs, and stretching people’s ability to progress their career
？ Optimizing team’s participation in all phases of product development
？ Arrange team meeting, organize technical discussion meeting
？ Keeping up to date ahead of competitors’ processes development and competitor product performance.
？ Document management, standardization
