Familiar with rolling mills, slitting lines, batch annealing plant

Main responsibilities:
?Take responsibility for production management including production processing; production organization; production internal quality checks; production & cost control, etc.
?Responsible for production machines: rolling mills, slitting lines, batch annealing plant, and auxiliary machines (packing, packing material preparation) and processes:
?Drive continuous improvement of equipment and procedures to ensure that product conforms to customers' requirements
?Drive production to meet quality standard
?Ensure efficient resource utilization in running the manufacturing facility
?Ensure safe working environment of all employees on site
?Responsible for the performance of production lines
?Supervise and manage production staff; plan and monitor personnel deployment
?Report to General Manager
?Perform other duties as assigned

Educational qualification:
University degree or above (Master or Dr. preferred) in Metal Forming, Material Processing, Material Process Engineering or related majors

Working experiences
?About 10 years experiences in the production of semi-finished metal goods/ metal-forming industry
?About 5 years in management functions
?Strong problem solving capabilities

Language:
Good in English
