二、 做好后勤日常事务工作，负责有关行政公文的收发、送、催办、立卷、归 档工作。
三、 负责公司信息的收集、整理、打印、分发工作。
四、 负责文件的管理和存档工作。
五、 负责各级文件及会议安排、等的发放工作。
六、 负责中心的考勤工作， 每月按时准确的向公司汇报公司员工考勤及奖惩情 况。
七、 负责收取违章或者迟到员工的罚款。
八、 负责各类文字编辑及处理工作。
九、 负责公司日常卫生的清洁和管理。
十、负责公司固定资产的定期盘点，建立办公设备登记帐册，做到帐册和实物 相符。
十一、负责公司内部电话、传真、投影仪等办公用品的管理和采购，使之合理使 用。
十二、严格遵守文件的保密、会议保密、计算机工作。
